Let's Talk About Your Case
Reaching out to a family law firm is rarely an easy step. We’ve tried to make this one as low-friction as possible: no high-pressure sales call, no obligation, no pretending we have answers we don’t. You tell us where you are, and we tell you what’s actually possible from here.
What A Free Case Evaluation Looks Like
When you reach out, an intake specialist will get back to you to set up your free case evaluation. The evaluation itself is a 45-minute conversation — phone, video, or in person, whatever works for you — with a member of our team who’s trained to walk through your specific situation.
Book Your Free Case Evaluation
A real call with a real human. No pressure, no pitch — just a warm conversation about where you are and how we can help. We’ll listen first.

Inside the Conversation We Cover
- Where you are right now and what’s actually happening
- What the law says about your situation
- What the realistic paths forward look like — including paths that don’t involve hiring us
- What scope of work you’d actually need, and what it would cost on a flat-fee basis
- What the timeline would look like from here to resolution
After the Evaluation
You leave the evaluation with a clear picture of your options and, if we’re a fit, a flat-fee quote you can think about. There’s no pressure to decide on the call. Most people take a day or two, talk to the people they trust, and circle back when they’re ready.
If we’re not the right fit — your situation is outside our practice areas, you’re in a state we can’t represent you in, or your case needs something we don’t offer — we’ll tell you straight and point you somewhere useful.

What We WON’T Do
- We won’t pressure you to sign anything on the first call
- We won’t quote a low retainer and then surprise you with hourly bills
- We won’t take a case where we don’t actually think we can help
- We won’t pretend the law works differently than it does to make you feel better
If that’s the kind of conversation you’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
